Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled tour will receive a full (100%) refund.
Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days or less) of the tour date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your tour free of charge if you notify us at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your tour and have not notified us in advance, we regret that no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure
In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond your control or ours — such as extreme weather, natural disasters, transportation strikes, or government-imposed restrictions — we offer the following options:
Free rescheduling of your tour, or
A full refund, depending on the nature of the situation.
